I took in a pair of $300 black workboots to be resoled. When I went in to pick them up an employee informed me that the boots were not ready. It took them too weeks after that for them to get my boots done and when I went back to pick them up they didnt have a clue what they had done with them. When I got them home I noticed that they had for some reason put somekind of thick oil on my boots and the boots would not take a polish. After a few days wear one boot started to cave to the inside when I walked which was never the case before. I took the boots back in and the manager/owner would not fix the boots or give me a refund. He denied doing anything wrong to my boots. A month after the boots were first repaired the new soles started to come off....Chaney Shoe Repair ruined my boots. I would not recommend them to anyone!
