This cab company is absolutely the worse cab company I have ever dealt with. I am a local business owner for over 15 years and am unable to drive and rely on taxi cabs for the majority of my transportation needs. I was cursed at and threatened by Brooke a driver for this company in the middle of downtown in which he paraded a can of mase or a gun as if he planned to assault me with it. Upon contacting the company, absolutely nothing was done and I was not only mistreated by this coward of a driver but the company for which he works shunned my concerns and complaint away as if it were acceptable behavior. I will blog and continue to make every attempt that fellow Louisville residents NEVER have to experience an ordeal as I had to. This company is unapologetic and disgusting in the treatment of the very people who pay their checks. I assure you this is only the initial posting concerning this poorly ran business and I will make every considerable effort to show that the fair treatment of customers is still a foundation in good work ethics and policy. Cross Town is a terrible reflection of Louisville businesses and should be ashamed of themselves.
