Review content:
About a year and a half ago, my boyfriend and I took his truck in to have his oil changed, and got talked into getting his tires rotated as well. We left his cell number and were told it would take about an hour-hour and a half. So we wandered around the mall (the service center is attatched to the sears department store). After two hours, and no phone call, we went back to check and see if maybe they had forgotten to call us. When we got there there was no one to be found for about five minutes. When someone did show up they brushed us off an said it would be another half hour to 45 minutes. After that 45 minutes they said another half hour. We ended up sitting on the ground outside (my boyfriend was smoking a cigarette) when a woman came up to lock the doors because the mall was closing. While we were sitting there we saw four men standing around talking and one man sweeping the pavement outside. Really? A simple thing that should have taken 1:30 took 4 hours. It was ridiculous and we have resolved never to use Sears again.
Pros: convenient location (mall)
Cons: Poor customer service and slow work.
