Review content:
It depends on who comes to clean your carpet if it will look like new again. The first time they came to my house, they did a great job, but the second time was really disappointing. It didnt even look like the carpet had been cleaned. I had them come out again and this time it took 4 days for my carpet to dry. The guy told me to keep my windows shut and run the AC as low as possible. He also told me that he had a few customers at that time who obviously werent listening to his instructions and had wet carpet for days!! I never opened a window, turned on all the fans and my carpet was WET for at least 4 days. I called and complained on the third day and they basically said I was crazy. Im like well I know Im not the only one who has had this problem...maybe its your equipment. They basically said that was impossible and didnt want to discuss it further. They never called to check or come see the carpets for themselves. I was really disappointed in the customer service. Maybe they fixed the problem- this was a few months ago but of the few times they came to my house, only one time was I really impressed. I do have to say that the guy that came to the house to clean was very nice- it seems the poor customer service is at the office.
