Review content:
I went in for a laser hair removal consultation. They said I was a great candidate and although they couldn't guarantee 100% results, most people usually see about 80% . I had light skin with of somewhat course dark hair and figured I would be more then pleased with even 60% results, so I went for it. I ended up walking out paying for a year of sessions for my full leg and underarm. The staff was very nice and made it a good experience, but I went for a full year of sessions and I would say I got less then 10% results if any. It didn't even work for my underarms, which other consultants say is usually one of the easiest areas to treat. I still have several hairs per follicle that grow in the same day like before....maybe a little slower. But still.
Anyway, I tried following up and seeing why I wasn't getting results and they just said they were sorry it wasn't guaranteed and that the aesthetician who worked with me would call me to discuss stuff. She never did.
Pros: Very nice staff and facility
Cons: Didn't get results. And no follow up.
