Review content:
Foutain Moving and Storage moved us from one city to another and were paid to store our belongings for two weeks. They sent an employee, who told me his name was ""Carlos"", to my house along with three other people who were not employed by the company.When I called to complain I was told by another employee that he was authorized to bring whoever he wanted to help with the labor as long as that other person is paid out of his pocket. Which means the other person can be ANYBODY off the street that hasn't had a background check done, not employed by the company coming into your home and you are expected to trust them with your belongings. They were two hours late arriving to pick up. While they were there, they took several smoke breaks and left cigarette butts on our lawn and in our driveway. They were found sitting down talking instead of packing twice, which made the pack up last until around 1000pm that night. When asked to continue, they were disrespectful. Things went missing from our garage while they were there, which were ""magically"" found in a different part of the house after my husband questioned them about the missing items. One of the ""movers"" took a nap in the truck during the pack up. Our walls were damaged and mud was tracked on our carpet. One ""mover"" even asked questions about the things that were being packed which later were found to have been stolen along with SEVERAL other irreplaceable items. In addition to being robbed, upon delivery we discovered several items that arrived damaged. We have put in a claim but so far no calls have been returned. Noone ever answers the phone so we have left several messages. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again. If the claim is paid, I doubt it will be anything close to the value of things we had stolen from us.
