I went there with my friends and including myself we were the only two Asians out of our group of seven. When we first drove into the parking lot, the lot keeper told us we couldn't park there because there was a wedding being held there soon, but we could park at the other lots near by. We decided to get something to eat first and ordered at the outside area. I ordered the ""Fried clam dinner plate"", which cost me a little over $23. When I received my ""dinner plate"", all it consisted of was a little carton of half way burnt fried clams and NOTHING else. In my head a dinner plate involves some sort of side dish, I even had to ask for tartar sauce. We decided to join our friends at the bar area. My other Asian friend and I went to the bar area and waited for a while until we were finally asked for our I.D.'s. My friend laminated his ID because he always ends up breaking his in half. Now the bartender handed his ID to the other female bartender, whom said his ID does not look like a MA ID, because she had one and where his picture was placed was not the same as hers. If these genius' behind the bar realized that his ID was identical to mine, besides our info. Plus they added in that he laminated it, so he took of the lamination, and he had his other ID's to back up his license. Now they wouldn't serve me because I was with my friend. We went back to our group and told them the story. It took two other caucasians to talk some sense into this girl and the other gentleman. I work at a hospital and the basic ground rule of customer service is all the same; and believe me when I say the snide comments and little jokes the two bartenders made was unneccessary. We spent a total of five hours there; leaving around 7 PM. Never did I see that ""wedding party"" there. I plan to tell my collegues and friends back in Boston about my adventure at this establishment. If it was my choice, I would give this place no stars. Pros: Right on the beach, so the scenery was nice. Cons: Terrible service and horrible food.
