David appraised my new diamond engagement ring to make sure everything was OK. He has a nice office, and is pleasurable to deal with. David was very informative. I got to see my diamond and it?s inclusions on a big screen TV in his office (kind of like going to a high-tech Dentist). He found that one of the smaller diamonds on the side was chipped from when the ring was made, and he showed me which one so I could have it fixed under warranty. Finding that chipped diamond was worth the cost of the appraisal alone. David also told me the high, average, and low retail values of the ring so I could gauge whether I got a good deal or not. All in all I walked away with way more information than I thought I was going to get. I am very happy with the experience, and would recommend David to anyone looking for a jewelry appraisal.
