Review content:
Trusted the Feldman name because he did a family wedding and has been in business for years. Sadly what that means is that he could care less about customer satisfaction. They may do a decent job on weddings but do not trust what they say about their ability to retouch photos. They grossly overstate their competency. Grossly over charge for what they deliver. The finished product looks worse than something you would see from an art student. You could do so much better on your own with software on your PC. Photos were over contrasted. The wrong orientation was used on all photos. Someone was taken out of a photo but the tech left their ""floating"" hand on the shoulder of someone in the photo. An arm had to be rebuilt for the photo and it looked unnatural and did not match the other arm. They over duplicated the background. I do not see how it's possible that they have a digital artist doing this work. No refunds given. And since Feldman himself doesn't care who we tell.....I'm telling you so you will not make the same $75 per photo mistake.
