Review content:
I went for a visit and saw Dr. Effron's PA, Donna. From the minute I walked into the office, I was turned off. First of all, IT WAS FREEZING in there and the TV was so loud! Then they called me back to the room where I sat for a LONG TIME! Then the worst part...I could hear EVERYTHING that the PA was saying to her patient next door and let me tell, this would be something he would want NOBODY to hear!! Luckily, I did not see him or hear his name! Extremely personal information that I could hear verbatim. The PA was loud and sounded very annoyed with him. Then she came and was whispeing ""loudly"" about his situation, money, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I felt so sorry for the way this poor man was treated and the fact that I heard his business.
Pros: close to my office
Cons: EVERYTHING!
