If we could give out a ZERO star we would. We already reported them to the BBB.
We agreed to reupholster an ottoman with patterned fabric we supplied to Gene Sanes for $386!!! Gene Sanes agreed to ensure the fabric pattern would be centered squarely on the ottoman. It was important to squarely center the patterned fabric to match a chair which was previously upholstered by Gene Sanes with the same patterned fabric. We were told to purchase additional fabric to ensure we had enough material to be able to center the ottoman. The fabric pattern was not centered on the ottoman. Gene Sanes did not deliver what was agreed to in reupholstering the ottoman. We called to explain the problem, and were told she did not understand how the fabric should be centered. We offered to email pictures of the ottoman and the employee became belligerent and hung up the phone. We called back and explained the problem and was told to come to the store and was threatened physically by the employee.
