Review content:
We've had a leaky faucet for quite some time. I called Roto Rooter because I've seen them around and wanted to use a trusted company and not a random plumber I found on the internet. I was immediately blown away by their customer service. From the woman I spoke with to make the appointment to our technician, they were all super friendly and went above and beyond to fix our problem. When our pressure reducing valve went bad a few weeks later I did not hesitate to call Roto Rooter again. We had the same technician as last time ( William #52-121) and he was out within hours and even early for our appointment time. Again, he went above and beyond fixing the problem and was extremely polite and respectful.
Each time, William quoted us a price before he began work and that was the price we paid when we were done. The prices seem fair and reasonable and as I said before, even if they are more expensive I am willing to pay especially now that we have had 2 great experiences.
