First Off.... click on the ID on the reviewer of any of their 5-Star Reviews.... hmmmm, seems that the One and Only Review written by that ID... is for Roto Rooter !!!!!! Imagine That!
All the 1 and 2-Star Bun Reviews are from REAL People! ... like me! I called last week (due to All of the Great Reviews Here (Sucker)...) The lady I talked to was quite cordial, but would Not give me an Hourly Labor Rate or Rough estimate of what it would cost to replace two toilets, with toilets that I had purchased, and replace a faulty water line tap to our frig.
Their plumber guy arrived and quite promptly, gave us an ""estimate"" of $700 for about two hours of work!!!
We just as quickly... dispatched them from our property!
$700 of Hard-Earned Money to Do 2, maybe 2-1/1 hours of work! My father-in-Law came over and replaced one of the toilets in 45 minutes... and he's an Amateur!
Really Tired of Getting Ripped Off !!!!
