Once again, Roto-Rooter Plumbers from Raleigh came to our rescue. William (#121) is the best! Our sewer pump finally gave up the ghost, so of course we called Roto-Rooter. William spent all day in the unbearable heat digging up that pump. Unfortunately, the pump was wired for 230 volts which is very uncommon these days. William had to go to the manufacturer for this pump and have it shipped. Of course this was right before the Memorial Day weekend, so William had the pump shipped to his house with the intention of installing it over the weekend. As luck would have it, the manufacturer did not get the pump shipped out right away, so we waited a week until it finally arrived. William called us everyday with an update regarding the staus of our job. I have never had any service provider that was so diligent. As soon as the pump arrived, he was back to install it (another full day of digging and pumping!) As you can see,I cannot say enough about William! Thank you Roto-Rooter!
