Review content:
This body shop is just simply terrible, I had a bumper replaced however within two days the paint started to chip and bubble from the corners. I took it back and they said they would fix it. Their "fix" was to sand off the chips and bubbles and use cheap touch up paint. It actually looked worse than before. When I brought this up, the employee got rude and pretended like it looked fine like I was an idiot. When I insisted that it be fixed, he got angry and actually cursed a few times. After reluctantly agreeing, he told me to bring my car back after the weekend. This employee was very unprofessional and from his attitude I could tell he did not care one bit. I don't remember the name of this employee but he is the older gentleman who is a bit heavy set who sits behind the side desk in their office. Funny thing, over the weekend, the paint started to bubble up again at the corners so their cheap fix failed in less than 24 hours. Eventually, they had to repaint the whole bumper. However, even that was still a failure as I noticed haze all over the clear coat but after having to take off work early for 3 days, it wasn't worth a 4th trip. Bottom line, stay away!
