Review content:
Two years ago, I bought a used car from Ramsey Street Ford. I went three times to look at the car to make sure it was what I wanted and spoke to the salesmen several times. They called me constantly to try to get me in the dealership and gave me great service every time I went to see the car, offering me coffee and taking me on test drives. However, after I signed the paperwork and bought the car, the nice game was over. Not even 24 hours after purchasing my vehicle, my car battery died. I knew I didn't leave on any lights, the radio, etc., so I knew it was a faulty battery. I called Ramsey Street Ford immediately that morning and was basically told, "Oh well, it's your problem now." I feel that when you purchase a car, you should be free of problems at least the first day after purchase. They were very rude to me about this matter and I would never purchase from them again!
