After we'd pumped our septic tank three times in six months, we found out our drain fields were no longer viable and could not be redone. James was recommended to us by a friend who'd also had a good experience with him. He came by and looked things over and gave us a verbal estimate that was slightly lower than that of a competitor. After he got all of the information he needed he gave wrote a contract that was cheaper than his orginal estimate. He and his guys did everything they said they'd do, and graciously completed a few extras as well (he's got some really impressive machinery - might as well take advantage while it's in your yard!).
