Review content:
Was there as a guest of a member. Has issues about the hot tub being dirty. The pool wasn't much better. It had skin and hair floating to the top from the bottom and did'n look like it was being kept clean. I talked my concerns to a member of the aquatics staff who told me I need to call a Mr. Paisley which I did the following morning. I was surprise how rude he was. He told me if this was a complaint that he didn't want to hear about it .Said a few more harsh words and hung up on me. I will never go back there again and encourage everyone not to patronize this particular Y.
