Review content:
We went to this hotel restaurant and lounge last night, sat at the bar, and ordered several rounds of ""vodka and soda."" The bartender had clearly been coached to pour top shelf liquor when customers don't specify which liquor they want, so instead of being $8 a drink for well vodka (still really pricey!) they were $12 each for Grey Goose! We had run a tab with my credit card and she ran the card without giving us an itemized receipt, only the credit card slip to sign -- shady. I asked for the real receipt and realized what had happened, and when we complained, they changed the bill and charged us for the well vodka without batting an eye. The bartender barely even had to explain the problem to the manager -- leading me to think this is policy and not done accidentally by the bartender ""just out of habit,"" as she lamely tried to tell us. Also don't think that we were actually drinking Grey Goose, they just charged us for it.
