I went to this spot back in June (haven't had the free time to write this) for a good friend's birthday. I was very excited because the website had amazing pictures and I love rooftop lounges. Let me start with the pros. 1) The pictures don't lie. The views were beautiful. It was a really nice night and they retracted the glass roof so we had and unobstructed view of the city and bridge. 2) The food I had was good. I wouldn't say that it was so good it was worth the price but it was still good food. Now to the cons. 1) The service was some of the worse service I have ever see in my life. I would like to hope that it just happened to be a night when several wait staff called out, but I doubt it. My waitress was nice and seemed fairly competent but she was overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes for us to get drinks. (I ordered the caipirinha which is very tasty.) Once the drinks came it was another 30 minutes before we were served our food. In my pros I mentioned that ""the food I had was good"" because all I got were the fries. I had also ordered the Spicy Chicken Wings but alas after over an hour never received them. We still had fun and made sure our friend had a great birthday but I'll wait a while before going back. Enough time for management to sort out the proper way to staff for a busy Saturday night.
