Worked with this company in designing the remodel of my home and outdoor kitchen. Very customer friendly. They answered my questions when ever I needed them. Sales staff friendly. Workers very polite. As for the person previous the estimate they gave me on the bottom said Labor and Pipe not included. Yes there was a service call fee but if you went with them it was deducted from the price later on. So it was free. I paid upfront for the two fireplaces and then paid for the labor and pipe after completion. I would recommend this company to anyone that can hear me.
Pros: Certified Workers, Honest Prices
Cons: Had to schedule a week or two out
