I highly recommend using Jay Islam at Grand Travel if you are making plans to go to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico! He has personally been to most of the resorts and he can give you an honest opinion of the resorts. He has a lot of personal contacts at the resorts so he is able to get you ""extras"" at no cost. Also, he can provide private transfers to and from the airport which helps make your vacation start off on the right foot. We have used Jay to stay at the Barcel? Maya Palace Deluxe and Barcel? Maya Beach (Riviera Maya) and we have an upcoming trip booked with him at the Iberostar Playa Mia (Puerto Vallarta area). I have recommended Jay to friends of mine and they have all had positive experiences with Jay.
