this guy is the biggest joke i have ever seen. he gives us an estimate over the phone with out ever coming to the house. then he demands that we send him half the money so he can order the stuff to do our install which i thought was a joke to begin with. so my wife and i clear our schedule so we can be here on the day he demanded it be done then he calls us the night before at 7:30 to tell us he never ordered the supplies for our chimney or the stove pipe . then he wants to refuse giving me my money back. so dont be a fool and use this guy for anything.
