The worst dining experience I have ever had in my life-what was supposed to be a graduation celebration turned out to be a dining nightmare. Rude person who took my reservation, rude valet who informed us we might want to leave because they were out of lobster, rude bartenders who ignored us-had to wait in bar since they weren't ready to seat us for our 8pm reservation, rude hostess, incompetant waitress, and insulting manager-finally seated at 8:30--food placed in front of us to eat at 10pm only AFTER we complained that we had been waiting 90 minutes & had 4 kids in our party, They claimed to be out of lobster but we saw ohers being served lobster 2 hours after we were seated, 30 minutes after my daughter ordered prime rib they tell us they are out of it, I ordered broiled scallops-they tasted spoiled. Wasn't offered coffee or dessert & will NEVER go back even if we were offered free food have lived in S. FL area 26 years & have never had such terrible service or food
