Dr. McLachlan is amazing. About a month a go I developed severe pain in my lower jaw. I went to my dentist and my dentist thought my tooth might be infected and gave me some antibiotics. The antibiotics were doing nothing and pain meds were useless. So I called Dr. McLachlan to see what she thought and she was immediately concerned with my condition. She put me on a stronger antibiotic and scheduled me for the next day. After examining me she found that I had a severe infection and needed another root-canal on a tooth. Within 5 min she had me out of pain and completely comfortable and explaining all the way what the procedures were. She then gave me instructions for my dentist to repair the crown that she had to drill into to fix my tooth. I went to my dentist, passed on her instructions. About a month later (last week) my tooth began to hurt again. So I went in to Dr. McLachlan and come to find out my dentist had poorly repaired my crown and my tooth was infected again and worse. Dr. McLachlan took immediate action to fix the mistake my dentist did again without charging me. I wish Dr. McLachlan could my a doctor for all my needs. She is the doctor you always want when you need one. She is patient, upbeat, caring, intelligent and very gentle. Her staff is also wonderful to work with.
