Amazing! I was notified when they were on their way and then told about how long it would be until they would arrive. Then when he got there told me again about how much it would cost and about how long it would take to do the job. He did the job in the estimated time or less and the floors look amazing! We were moving out of an apartment and our dog had pee'd all over the place and there were spots all over the place. When we were officially out, the floors looked 10x better then they did before he came!
