Brinksmanship took over a property I was at. We later moved in to our home and they tried to tell me I had a two year lease!! Then gave us back our full deposit only to demand we pay for carpet cleaning 3 months later. I put them off and the bill dropped by $80.00. Such a bunch of scum bags so glad I don't have to deal with lazy property managers. Really never had a good one the whole time I've been in seattle but these guys take the cake!!
