Wow!! All I can I say is that Brad and his whole crew were phenomenal. I have had them do 4 projects for me to this point and have never had a call back or an issue over the last seven years and has done work for my neighbors and has done stamping and concrete work for my parents since the beginning when his parents owned. He recently just did my garage slab and a back patio and they look great. He was even flexible on a payment schedule when I got caught with an unexpected bill and we worked it out with no issues. I am not sure what Rick K is referring to but he has always stood by his work, has communicated well with me, and has been more than accommodating. Rick you sound like someone trying to get something for nothing.
