I bought a package of sessions from life body fitness.. WORST MISTAKE EVER.
Tiffany fired her trainers and signed them on as independent contractors, but my trainer Celeste (she was the BEST trainer, too bad she's GONE) didn't want to be an independent contractor... needless to say, I asked for a refund, but suddenly, my contract disappeared and I was locked out of the online system which showed my sessions. I've talked to other people and this happened to them too. I had to take them to court to get my money back!
I would recommend going to a different gym- one who uses ethical business practices!
As for the training itself, I was bounced around from trainer to trainer, until I landed with Celeste (too bad Tiffany FIRED her). I felt like a hot potato that nobody wanted to touch. The passive aggressive behavior of the trainers and the owner took me back to junior high school. I did not pay thousands of dollars for such absurd and childlike behavior from people I thought were professionals. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
