Tiffany has been in my life as a trainer and friend since March of this year, and I would like to pass along my positive experiences since then. Do understand that the ?positive experiences? of being chronically sore, writhing in pain after a sneeze due to an abdominal workout three days ago, and being dirt poor because of the new wardrobe I?ve had to buy must be taken in context!
