I had a very bad experience with this outfit. They pretend to have a good image but once engaged in a contract to build your pool it's a completely different experience.
They feed in the fact they own the largest pool cleaning company and their own Solar Company, but that's just it they are not specializing in one area so they are disorganized and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
All they wanted was money from day one and when they showed up in the 4 months they took to build the pool it was where's my money.
I knew there was something wrong from the beginning when their fast talking salesman bad mouthed the rest of the pool companies and praised Atlas as the best, I guess he's working on commission although I never heard from him again. He never would answer the phone.
This companies a joke! The owner never would call me back! The pool construction was poor and my paint on my deck is coming up, the tile was never cleaned, I have air bubbles in my pump, the in floor cleaning system does not clean and the salt system never did work.
They sent BMW pools out their pool cleaning company to fix things but they wanted to charge me saying it was my fault and it's not covered under warranty.
Stay away from this outfit!
