Review content:
This was the worst company I have ever worked with. Chip came out on Friday to give me a bid and told me he would have it to me on Monday. Two weeks later I finally called because I never received the bid. It then took two more days for them to finally send me the bid. I then called because he left out multiple items that I asked for. He told me they were included in the bid and just not detailed out. When the person from MVP came out to do the job he tells us that multiple things aren't stated in the bid and that it would be extra to have them done. I call MVP to ask about this and am told they will call me back after finding out what is going on. Then they don't call me back and just tell their guy to leave in the middle of the job. In all the times I called Chip wouldn't even talk to me he just used others as a go between. I would warn everyone to stay away from MVP Electric.
