The absolute worst service ever! This branch has stolen over $1,000 from us! They came out on October 21st to install our alarm system. I was then told the system we signed up for wasn't going to work and we would need to upgrade to the wireless for more money. The tech left wires everywhere, boxes out and the alarm cover sitting on my staircase with a big hole in the wall. In the meantime ADT cashed our check for installation for over $1,000. The rep Tim came back out to set up another installation 2 weeks later and still nothing was done. I have called the office to request for a refund since we are out over $1,000 and have NOTHING to show for it. I have left Brian Pershall the Branch Manager 2 messages with no call back and his Manager 1 message with no call back either. I am STILL trying to get my money back to no avail.
