Ok so sassygirl thinks she had this done. Well for one I have never lost a dog or had one die here as she speaks of. I do know another grooming place, and it has had dogs die there from a heated dryer cause we do the dogs that the Lady has now, and have been told one got lost. I do not board so couldn't have lost one that way. I also have never done that to a dog over the head with clippers. I think you are HIGHLY mistaken and are just trying to hurt us. We offer anyone to come and look at our facility anytime. Yes at times it is a mess with hair, but it is clean and we welcome anyone looking for a GREAT groomer to come by. As a matter of fact we had someone come by Sat who loved our place and said it was cleaner than any she had been to if they even let her look which she said one one had done that and it was in Winter Haven.
