You do not want to deal with people like this.
We called were told that there was an interview process that included a ""sleep over"" as a trial run. Good news you would think.
A man calls a few days later to set up the interview. He explains that not only will there be a $45 /night charge for boarding, but they EXPECT the dog to return for day care and routine boarding.
WHAT??!!! Iif we wanted to board our dog there, we would have to bring him back regularly ""so they can get to know that dog better."" Give me a break!!
We then called back to be polite and say that we were no longer interested and the guy said to us, ""you'll never need our services again anyway because we won't take your dog after memorial day"" and hung up.
Nice huh? Your pet deserves better.
