I contacted Ed Miller at Sure Temp regarding an a.c. installation at my summer home. I found Ed to be very personable, and extremely knowledgeable regarding his various products. We agreed on a product, and set the installation date. The team he sent to install my ductless a.c. were excellent. They were punctual, personable and very competent. I felt at ease with them in my home and around my family. They installed everything flawlessly, and went to great lengths to ensure that the job was not only done correctly, but to my satisfaction. I could not be happier with the product I received and the manner in which it was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Sure Temp...I know I will be doing additional business with them in the future. Thanks Ed for a great experience...and a great product!!
