Review content:
Michelle and her staff are all for one and one for all. They all go that extra mile to make you and your loved one feel special and cared for. They take time with you to answer any questions and answer more than you asked just for your benefit. The clinic is always clean and it doesn't smell as though 50 animals are in the building. I have never been there when there are people waiting for an appointment you always get in and get out. The staff is always there to ask questions or for extra help (like if you can't hold your pet during shots). They go that extra mile to get what they need and they don't make you feel bad about some of the decisions you made or the things your pet may have done(like accidents in the rooms). If you are looking for a good wholesome vet crew than Maple Grove is the place to be. And now they have boarding there too. How great is that to trust that if something should go wrong with your pet there is someone who will know how to fix it and genuinely care for your pet. My choice for vets is Maple Grove Vet Clinic all the way.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean clinic, in and out service, and prompt call backs for check ups or questions
