Very unprofessional, I went In with my puppy for a check up & his shots. Everything was going alright until they came back saying my dog had a Parasite. As soon as they came back they started acting like it was my fault & giving dirty looks, when I only had the dog less than a week. I bought my puppy the medicine they said he needed. I payed 85 dollars for something that he didn't even finish half way. 3 weeks later they called my girlfriend to verify that we were still coming in. That when she informed them that we were going to take our service somewhere else. Not even 20 minutes laters they give me a call telling me that since they can tell I care about my dog that they will give me a 20 dollar store credit for over paying for the medicine since it was put in the computer wrong. When I told her I wanted my money back instead she said she couldn't do that because it wasn't there fault. When I asked to speak with the manager since she kept Contradicting herself. He wasn't any help either, he was very rude, kept talking over me, and when I told him to just forget it he got a bigger attitude with me. The only thing they cared about was us going back there so we could spend more money. They didn't even once asked about how my dog was doing. I wouldn't recommend anybody to bring their animals here. Worst customers service EVER!!!!!
