My computer was making noise and I was scared it was about to crash. ALB Tech eased my fears - fixed my poor Toshiba laptop - and didn't break the bank. Jamie (the gentleman who assisted me) was incredibly friendly and easy to understand. At other computer repair shops, I felt like I had to pry to get any information and then when I got it it didn't make sense to me, the layperson. Not at ALB Tech - I understood exactly what was going on (after visual demonstration) and was prepared for the repair! Thanks ALB Tech!
