Took them 4 times to try to fix a trunk latch and they recommended $800 of maintenance for my Honda Civic. I took to someone else, and none of the $800 maintenance was necessary and this new service department had to fix the trunk latch because no one at Gene Stevens apparently had the knowledge of how to fix it. Decided to give a second change, scheduled an appointment for a new battery, after an hour of being there, they said they didn't have the battery in stock. Would not recommend - they only see the $, and don't care for you as a customer.
