I had tried this service to evict a tenant out of my rental place. At first the service told me the eviction would take between 29-45 days max without protest. It has been over 65 days now and the case is still pending, the rental unit still had no lock out schedule yet.
I had made many phone calls to remind them about the schedule to lock out the premises, the receptionist was very rude and unfriendly to my calls and told me to hang up and they will call me back when they have it scheduled for a lock out. I have been waiting and waiting, and it's already been 65 days and still counting. Avoid this business!
