Bob Willett retired and I purchased the business going on 5 years ago. We repair several thousand sewing and vacuum machines a year. ""sue12345678"" has been writing bad reveiws everywhere she could after she tried to blackmail me into giving her money back or she would post bad reviews online. She would not bring her sewing machines back for us to verify her complaints so I did not pay her. I'm finding her baloney reviews in several places. For the record the sewing repairman she refers to no longer works for Willetts. Our current repairman is factory certified for the machines he works on and has more than 30-years experience repairing sewing machines.
