We bought our CR-V here in August 2008, and we will not make the mistake of ever going back to this dealership. Part of our purchase agreement was that they would fix the front bumper on their ?certified car? since someone had obviously backed into it. We were told it would be no problem and would be called when the part was in. It took 6 weeks of us calling to get the car fixed and we are now being charged rental fees. I have called numerous times and have even gone back to the dealer to straighten this out to no avail (it is now October). Two calls to Honda Corporate have not solved the problem and we've had to resort to filing a complaint with the state's attorney general. Pros: Free Bottle of Water Cons: Lack of professionalism and common courtesy
