I always hesitate to write a review until I've seen how well the "product" hold up over time...well, it's been almost a year since Jeff did our for purchase inspection and everything he said has held up. His report was detailed and timely. He showed up ten minutes early and you could tell he was really concentrating on what he was doing. He also referred us to other contractors who have done amazing work. In this day and age it is rare to find someone as earnest as Jeff Meritt and if heaven forbid we buy another home, this is the guy I'll call.
