Hutchinson installed a highly efficient natural gas boiler to replace our older oil boiler for our baseboard hot water heating system. It is a three zone system. When just one of the three zones refused to get warm, we called them and Marcus came the same day to fix the problem. It turned out that there was air in the line that prevented the hot water from circulating. He drained the line, removing the air blockage and explained to me how I could do it myself if this relatively common problem ever arose again.
