Today I saw the most incredible thing. I was on the bike next to the entrance watching the new manager help a member's mother who looked to be in her 70's and had never been to a gym before. He showed her around the entire club, how to use the lockers, and even hung her jacket for her. He then went on to take the time to show her how to use the elliptical and treadmill. He checked in with her multiple times to see how she was doing and talked with the member's daughter about the amount of frequency she should visit the gym, and made sure they were both comfortable. I don't know his name, but if you see the man in purple and yellow shoes make sure to thank him for making each member feel appreciated.
