Review content:
Mr. Dacre handled a bankruptcy case for me recently. The case had several difficult issues, including emergency filing, and filing a motion to extend the stay against a mortgage foreclosure, since this was a refiling. He handled the usual bankruptcy paperwork, the schedules and statement of financial affairs. He researched the real estate legal issues regarding my situation. He sent instructions and comments on media sound files, which made it easier to understand the requirements. Then he prepared a defense against the trustee's motion regarding confirmation and the exemptions regarding real property. He always met deadlines, and made enough time for meetings and communication with me, and always with a prompt response. I would definitely recommend him!
