Review content:
I got my shirts back late, with no excuse or discount. In fact, the sales associate blew me off with reassurances "not to worry" but no discount or apology.
Another time I got the wrong shirt back (someone else had my shirt -- thankfully we found out and were able to trade)
They will not determine for you how each item must be cleaned. They expect you to do this, even though they're the experts. I dropped off about 20 shirts and did not specify how to clean them (I am used to cleaners telling ME how to clean them), and they ALL came back laundered.
One shirt was noticeably discolored. They did dryclean it for free for me, but only after admonishing me that it should have been drycleaned and not laundered. I KNOW that, thank you.
About half of my shirts come back poorly pressed, with pressed wrinkles on the placket & collar. They need to be re-laundered and pressed to look presentable.
I've had all of these bad experiences in only 3 trips. Stay far away!
