Where else can you shop for gorgeous ceramic bowls, packaged spice mixes, and high-end gadgets, all while a personable chef demonstrates the preparation of a tasty dish?
I'm so grateful to have this store in gtown. There's really nothing else like it. The prices are high (as expected) but not Williams-Sonoma-high. The selection is impressive considering the strip mall location, and the setting is pleasant.
Enjoy a free coffee sample while you browse, and often a snack or two is out for you to try as well.
The only thing I would change is the spice selection -- I wish they carried spices of Penzey's quality. However, I don't think they have the stock turnover to keep the spices really fresh.
