I came from Huntsville Al. to the Hoover area. The NTB in Huntsville is a fair bunch of fellows who I have used for over 15 years. I assumed the Galleria NTB would be the same quality service. NOT IN THE LEAST! I had my tires balance/rotated there. I noticed the same condition of ride but put it off to tires. I did the same once again after 5k and noticed the wear not even. I took it to them a third time after the next 5k miles later and MARKED the tires and weights. They DID NOT rotate or rebalance. It seems that after the usual 3 hour wait to service that they just drove it in and out with NOTHING DONE. I brought this to attention of the MANAGER and his response was ""Bring it back and I'll see what I can do""! No apoIogy or explaination. This was a lifetime rotate and balance so I guess since I wasn't a new paying customer, that is what I get for service. After that I have heard from more than a few people that that is par for the course for that particular NTB! I drove to a NTB in a neighboring city that was close and I told the story of what had happened to the General Mngr. He shook his head and conveyed that MANY customers had similar conplaints and proceded to balance/rotate my tires that had come from the NTB on 3420 Galleria Cir. The Mngr said that all four were in need of balancing and also rotated. The NTB on Galleria Cir. will never receive a dime of my hard earned money again. They have deceived service and put undo wear on tires that will have to be replaced sooner than ordinary. I could imagine the mechanical work these shysters try to squeeze from an unsuspecting and loyal customer. NTB, on a whole, is a great orginization.......JUST BEWARE OF THE NTB ON 3420 Galleria Cir!!!!!!!!
